Integrity
We document what we find and we tell you what it means, including when the news is expensive. An honest scope on day one is worth more than a comfortable one.
Restored Remodeling has been the crew other restoration companies sent. Same people, same standard, someone else’s logo on the van. This is the story of why we stopped doing that.
Where it started
Gabriel Ramirez started Restored Remodeling in 2014, working with his own tools. The company was registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission on 9 June that year and has been licensed and working in the valley ever since.
The trade experience behind it goes back a lot further. More than twenty five years of it, which is why a company founded in 2014 was already good enough that other firms wanted its crews.
Today Restored holds ROC 321062, a CR-61 dual classification covering both residential and small commercial work.
Why we went direct
For years, when restoration companies across the valley needed the work actually done, they sent us. We did the labor, they carried the name. We were good at it, which is why the phone kept ringing.
The part that never sat right was the timing. A homeowner calls a restoration company, the claim stalls, the work drags, and by the time we are finally sent in we are rescuing a job that has already gone wrong and a customer who is already out of patience.
So now you can hire us directly. Same crews, from the first hour.
What we care about
Three words the owner picked himself when we asked what the company stands for. Here is what each one means on a job site.
We document what we find and we tell you what it means, including when the news is expensive. An honest scope on day one is worth more than a comfortable one.
In-house tradesmen on the work, and a two year warranty on everything we install. We see other people’s shortcuts every week when we tear their work back out.
Damage compounds by the hour. We answer 24/7 and we start documenting immediately, because the first day decides how much of the property is saveable.
And one more, in the owner’s words: that customers feel “we care about them as a person, not just a number.” Most people who call us are having one of the worst weeks of their year. That is the part of this job that is not construction.
Credentials
Who trusts us with their buildings
Restored Remodeling is an approved vendor with Greystar Property Management, Stellar Property Management and ASU.
Property managers and institutions do not hand out vendor approval casually. It means insurance, licensing, background checks and a track record have all been reviewed by somebody whose job is to find a reason to say no.
It is also why so much of our work happens in buildings that cannot close. Apartments with residents still in them, hotels still taking bookings, schools mid term, clinics still seeing patients.
Mesa based, serving all of Maricopa County plus Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and Apache Junction.
