Why the first day matters

The First 24 Hours Decide How Much You Lose

Water does not stay where it lands. It travels along framing, under flooring and into wall cavities you cannot see, and the damage keeps compounding while the surface looks dry.

Baseboard and drywall cut away to expose wet studs and slab during a water damage job
A flood cut on one of our jobs. Removing the wet material is how the drying actually happens, and how the damage gets documented for the claim.
  1. Within hours

Water wicks into drywall, baseboard and subfloor. Absorbent materials that could have been dried start to become materials that have to be replaced.

  2. 24 to 48 hours

Mold can begin to establish in the right conditions. What was a drying job becomes a remediation job.

  3. Days

Odor sets into contents and framing. Warping, delamination and staining show up in places the original leak never reached.

  4. The claim

Without documentation from day one, the difference between what happened and what you can prove becomes your problem.

What we do

Restoration, Start to Finish

Emergency response across the Phoenix metro, for homes and for commercial property. Every one of these is our own crew, not a referral.

Flood-cut drywall opened to the studs above a water-damaged slab

Water Damage Restoration

Extraction, structural drying and moisture monitoring. The first 24 hours decide how much you lose, so we move first and document as we go.

Charred roof framing exposed after a house fire

Fire & Smoke Damage

Soot and odor removal, contents cleaning and the full rebuild afterward. Smoke damage reaches rooms the fire never touched.

A Restored technician in a respirator and gloves with sealed containment equipment on site

Mold Remediation

Containment, removal and repair of whatever let the moisture in. Mold can start within 24 to 48 hours of water sitting.

A ceiling opened up after water came through from above

Storm Damage

Monsoon season does not schedule itself. Emergency board-up, water intrusion, roof and exterior repair.

A Restored technician in a mask stripping out a contaminated tiled area

Sewage & Biohazard

Category 3 water, sewage backup and biohazard cleanup, handled under proper containment.

A sealed plastic containment taped from floor to ceiling, with the floor outside it papered and taped

Asbestos & Containment

Critical containments and abatement coordination on older Arizona properties, before demolition starts.

Who actually shows up

We Are the Crew Other Companies Send

For years, when restoration companies across the valley needed the work done, they sent us. We did the labor, they carried the name. We were good at it, which is why the phone kept ringing.

The part that never sat right was the timing. A homeowner calls a restoration company, the claim stalls, the work drags, and by the time we are finally sent in we are rescuing a job that has already gone wrong and a customer who is already out of patience. We could fix the damage. We could not fix the time before we got there.

So now you can hire us directly. Same crews, from the first hour.

  • In-house tradesmen. We keep our trades on staff, which is rare in this industry and is the reason our quality control holds
  • One company from emergency response through to the finished rebuild. ROC 321062, CR-61 Carpentry, Remodeling and Repairs
  • No handoff, no waiting on someone else’s schedule, no second contractor to find
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, texture, paint, trim and flooring put back properly

How it works

What Happens After You Call

No mystery, no waiting to find out what comes next.

  • You call, we answer

Any hour. We establish what is happening and get someone moving toward you.

  • We stop the damage

Water extracted, the source contained, equipment set. Everything photographed and documented as we go.

  • We handle your claim

Photos, moisture readings and a full scope from the first hour, and we deal with the insurance company directly so you are not translating between two parties.

  • We rebuild it

Same company, straight into reconstruction. Finished, cleaned, and handed back.

The part people dread

You Should Not Have to Fight Your Own Claim

Most homeowners have never filed a damage claim before, and they are asked to do it in the worst week of their year. The paperwork is not the hard part. Knowing what to ask for is. So we handle it.

  • Documented from the first hour. Photographs, moisture readings and a written scope, before anything gets torn out
  • We handle the claim in-house. We deal with the insurance company directly, so the scope and the estimate reflect what the property actually needs
  • We walk you through it in plain language: what happens next, what to expect, what to watch for
  • And when a claim needs more, we bring in an independent public adjuster. Most never need one

Why the delay costs you

Every day a claim sits unstarted, the damage keeps moving. Drying that could have saved a floor becomes a floor that has to come out. A repair becomes a replacement. The scope grows, and so does the disruption to your life.

Getting the documentation right on day one is the difference between a claim that covers the work and a claim that argues about it.
